Admission Procedure

ONLINE SCHOOL ADMISSION

Kinderfield Highfield School accepting new student enrollment through this website. We open for enrollment throughout the year based on students' age for the class placement. Follow this procedure and you will be set as Kinderfield or Highfield student.

Grade Placement

Children must be age-appropriate for grade placement as of September 30th.

Stage One

The Admission

Submit the entry data for the student registration Preschool - Kindergarten Level: The parent will be contacted by the school admission officer to get the class trial and observation date. Primary Level - Secondary Level: The parent will receive the test and interview schedule by email. The applicant has to complete the English and Math test at school on the appointed date.

Stage Two

The Result

The parent will receive an email notification stating the result of the applicant observation or test and interview. The applicant who passes will proceed to the next stage. At this point, the parent will receive the school Parent Handbook file to be read. If the parent agrees upon the school policy and procedures, then sign the Parent Handbook Acknowledgment.

Stage Three

Document Submission

The Parent will receive a link to fill in the Admission Form. At this stage parent also need to submit several documents as follow: 1. Copy of Applicant Birth Certificate 2. Copy of Family Card (Kartu Keluarga) 3. Copy of Parent's Identification Card (KTP / KITAS) 4. Photograph file of Applicant, with a red background, size 3x4 (1 piece) Required document for Primary Admission: 1. An official copy of the school's latest report card. 2. For Grade 2 - 6: an official copy of NISN (Nomor Induk Siswa Nasional) Required document for Secondary Admission: 1. An official copy of the school report card for the past 3 years 2. An official copy of NISN (Nomor Induk Siswa Nasional) 3. Copy of Primary Completion School Certificate (SKHUSBN*, Ijazah) - to be submitted before the first day of school 4. Copy of Lower Secondary Completion School Certificate (SKHUN*, Ijazah) - to be submitted before the first day of school * Not needed for Primary (SD) and Lower Secondary (SMP) graduates of 2019/2020

Stage Four

Payment

The parent will receive invoice for the student payment. Complete the payment to receive the Student Acceptance Letter and other notifications.
