The Brand Marketing Specialist is responsible for strengthening and elevating the school’s brand identity across all channels. This role leads branding initiatives, manages public relations, and works closely with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure alignment between brand strategy and enrollment targets. As the brand storyteller, you will ensure the school’s values, achievements, and uniques strengths are communicated clearly and consistently to the public.
Key Responsibilities :
Brand Strategy & Campaigns:
Collaborate closely with the Sales Marketing team to create high-conversion marketing tools (e.g., presentation decks, brochures, flyers, and school kits) for their outreach activities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and support student enrollment (PPDB) targets
Monitor and analyze leads generated from branding activities (website, social media, campaigns) and coordinate with Sales for timely follow-up
Conduct market research to understand trends in the education sector and parent preferences.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication platforms
Content & Digital Marketing :
Plan the editorial calendar for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Website)
Write engaging captions, articles, and copy for marketing materials (brochures, blasts, newsletters)
Collaborate with the Graphic Designer/Illustrator to create high quality visuals for campaigns.
Support basic SEO and digital advertising initiatives
Monitor social media insights and performance metrics to optimize content strategy
Events & Community Engagement :
Organize and manage school events such as Open Houses, School Fairs, and Exhibitions
Represent the school during marketing events and engage with prospective parents
Build good relationships with the school community, alumni, and partners.
Public & Media Relations :
Act as the point of contact for media inquiries
Write and distribute press releases, school news, and official statements
Manage internal communications including newsletters for parents and staff
Support crisis communication efforts to safeguard the school’s reputation
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Marketing or Branding (Education sector experience is a plus)
Strong understanding of Digital Marketing (Social Media, SEO basics, Ads basics)
Excellent Copywriting and Storytelling skills (creating captions and articles)
Familiarity with social media analytics (reading insights to improve content)
Ability to plan and manage events (Project Management)
Strong sense of visual aesthetics and brand consistency
Excellent communication and public speaking skills
Creative, strategic thinker with strong attention to detail
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Friendly, adaptable, and enjoys working in a school environment
Portfolio or case studies of previous marketing campaigns/projects are preferred
