To support daily HR and General Affairs operations through accurate administration, employee data management, recruitment support, and facility & asset coordination to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
Assist in the recruitment process (posting vacancies, screening candidates, scheduling interviews)
Manage employee attendance, leave tracking, and monthly reports
Support onboarding and offboarding processes (preparation of documents, equipment, and orientation)
Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, correspondences, and document control
Coordinate with vendors, handle office supplies, and monitor facility maintenance
Support school events and operational activities when needed
Ensure compliance with school policies, HR procedures, and regulations
Provide assistance to HR & GA teams in day-to-day operations
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Detail-oriented with excellent data management and documentation abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude
Able to work with confidentiality and professionalism
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced school environment
Willing to support school operations and events when required
Proficient in both Bahasa and English
