Marketing & Sales Strategist

The Marketing & Sales Strategist is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and student recruitment initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, strengthen community engagement, and achieve enrollment targets. This role works closely with school leadership, admissions, and academic teams to position the school effectively in a competitive education market.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive & data-driven marketing strategies aligned with the school’s enrollment and growth objectives

  • Conduct continuous market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging market trends

  • Define target audiences and develop effective communication strategies for prospective families

  • Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements based on data and insights

  • Develop strategies to increase student inquiries, applications, and enrollments

  • Support the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets

  • Analyze enrollment funnel performance and optimize lead conversion processes

  • Create campaigns to attract prospective students and families

  • Ensure consistency of branding across all marketing materials and communication channels

  • Manage brand awareness initiatives both online and offline

  • Develop compelling messaging that highlights the school’s unique value proposition

  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop engaging marketing materials

  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns including social media, e-mail marketing, SEO, and online advertising

  • Optimize digital channels to improve engagement and conversion rates

  • Develop strategic partnerships with corporations, educational institutions, communities, and local organizations

  • Build relationships with parents, alumni, and community stakeholders

  • Represent the school at networking events, exhibitions, education fairs, and community activities

  • Evaluate event effectiveness and return on investment (ROI)

  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline

  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven track record in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Branding (Education sector experience is a plus)

  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, and Sales Funnel Management (Social Media, SEO basics, Ads basics)

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate data/social media insights into actionable growth plans

  • Ability to plan and manage events (Project Management)

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

  • Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building and public speaking skills

  • Creative, strategic thinker with strong attention to detail

  • Professional fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory

  • Friendly, adaptable, and enjoys working in a school environment

  • Portfolio or case studies of previous marketing campaigns/projects are preferred
