Kinderfield School - Tebet is committed to meaningful, child-centered learning in a safe and nurturing environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic professional PSKG teacher to lead a PSKG class, teach multiple core subjects and manage day-to-day classroom activities.
Key Responsibilities :
a. Teaching & Learning:
Plan and deliver Preschool and Kindergarten lessons aligned with the school curriculum
Introduce basic social concepts, citizenship, national values, and community awareness in an age-appropriate manner
Apply interactive teaching strategies such as storytelling, discussion, role play, and project-based activities
Integrate character education, moral values, and social responsibility into daily learning experiences
b. Student Development:
Support the development of students’ social skills, empathy, cooperation, and respect for diversity
Encourage early critical thinking and problem-solving appropriate to early childhood learners
Guide students in developing responsible behavior and positive social habits
c. Assessment & Reporting:
Observe and assess students’ learning progress through class activities, projects, and daily observations
Provide constructive feedback on students’ academic, social, and behavioral development
Prepare student progress reports and maintain accurate documentation
Communicate student progress and concerns with parents as required
d. Curriculum & Learning Resources:
Prepare engaging learning materials for Preschool and Kindergarten levels
Participate in curriculum planning, review, and continuous improvement initiatives
Integrate cross-curricular connections with language, arts, and character education
e. Classroom Management :
Create and maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment
Encourage active participation and respectful interactions among students
Manage classroom behavior in accordance with school policies and early childhood best practices
f. School Involvement & Collaboration :
Collaborate with fellow teachers on interdisciplinary learning activities
Participate in school events, assemblies, and student programs
Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Education, English, Psychology, or a related field
Maximum 25 years old
Teaching certification is an advantage
Experience teaching Preschool, Kindergarten, or Primary-level students is preferred
Strong communication skills and effective classroom management ability
Good understanding of early childhood development, social values, and citizenship education
Patient, creative, and nurturing personality with a genuine passion for teaching young learners
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to diverse learning styles
Strong command of spoken and written English
Willing and able to work on Saturdays
