Key Responsibilities :

a. Teaching & Learning :

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging english lessons aligned with the school curriculum

• Use various teaching strategies to support different learning styles and abilities

• Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments

b. Homeroom Management : 

• Serve as the primary teacher responsible for the overall well-being of students in the class

• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment

• Support students’ social, emotional, and character development

• Monitor student attendance, behavior, and academic progress

c.  Assessment & Reporting : 

• Assess students’ learning through quizzes, assignments, projects, and exams

• Provide constructive feedback to students to support improvement

• Prepare student progress reports and communicate academic developments to parents

d.  Communication & Collaboration : 

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and concerns

• Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to support student learning

• Participate in school meetings, professional development,and school events

Qualifications & Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education, English Education, or related field

• Max. 35 years old

• Available in 2026/2027 academic year

• 1 - 3 years of experience in teaching primary/elementary level students/homeroom teachers

• Strong communication, collaboration, and student wellbeing focus

• Proficient in ICT & Educational Technology (Google Workspace & Teaching - learning apps)

• Having a TOEFL/IELTS Certificate is a huge advantage

• Loving children and having passion in education

• Pleasant personality and highly adaptable to new challenges

• Strong command of spoken and written English

• Having a Responsible to Life attitude
