We're looking for a professional to be our primary school principal in Jambi, Sumatra Island.
Implement the school’s vision and mission across all aspects of school operations
Foster a positive school culture that supports the holistic development of students, including academic, creative, social-emotional, behavioral, and physical growth
Develop and oversee the primary school improvement plan, including budgeting, compliance, and effective resource management
Monitor and supervise coordinators in executing school plans, programs, curriculum, and events
Ensure a safe, secure, nurturing, and healthy learning environment for all students
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents through proactive communication, effective grievance handling, and engagement initiatives
Stay up to date with professional development and educational best practices
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field from a reputable university
At least 3 years of teaching experience at the primary school level
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience (e.g., Principal, Vice Principal, Coordinator, or Head of Subject)
Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
Highly motivated, with a strong sense of ownership, empathy, and passion for education
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Analytical mindset with strong systems-thinking ability
Excellent interpersonal skills when working with students, parents, colleagues, and the wider community
Effective team leader with strong collaboration skills
Proficient in ICT & Educational Technology (Google Workspace & Teaching - learning apps)
Willing to be placed in Jambi, Sumatra
