The primary teacher is responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to primary school students while supporting their academic, social, and emotional development. The teacher creates a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan, prepare and deliver well-structured lessons aligned with the curriculum
Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to meet diverse learning needs
Maintain a positive, inclusive, safe & nurturing classroom environment
Conduct regular assessments to monitor and evaluate student progress
Provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support school initiatives
Attend staff meetings, training, and professional development sessions
Uphold school values, policies, and safeguarding procedures
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a reputable university with a relevant background
Minimum of 2 years experience as a school teacher (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Proficient in ICT & Educational Technology (Google Workspace & Teaching - learning apps)
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
A good team player, hard worker, high initiative and creative
Having a genuine passion in education
A passion for working with children and engaging with parents/guardians is essential.
Strong communication, collaboration, and student wellbeing focus
Fluency in both spoken and written English is required.
Willing to be placed in Cirebon, West Java
