School Admin & Marketing Officer - BSD 2

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented School Admin & Marketing Officer to support daily administrative operations while contributing to marketing and student recruitment initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth school operations and strengthening the school’s brand presence within the community.

Administrative Responsibilities : 

  • Manage daily administrative operations of the school office

  • Maintain accurate student records, documentation, and data entry

  • Prepare official letters, reports, and school documentation

  • Support admission processes, including inquiries, registration, and enrollment documentation

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and school events

  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)

  • Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff

  • Ensure compliance with school policies and operational procedures

Marketing & Promotion Responsibilities : 

  • Assist in planning and executing school marketing strategies

  • Support student recruitment and enrollment campaigns (PPDB)

  • Manage school social media accounts and promotional content

  • Coordinate school events such as open houses, education fairs, and community outreach

  • Develop and distribute promotional materials (brochures, flyers, digital content)

  • Respond to inquiries from prospective parents and provide school information

  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and community stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administration or marketing (school experience preferred)

  • Strong and excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and child-friendly environment

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

  • Tech-savvy, creative, and up-to-date with social media trends

  • Comfortable working in a school environment and engaging with educators, students, and parents

  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to take initiative

  • Basic knowledge of social media and marketing strategies

  • Proficient in Google Workspace

  • Having a Responsible to Life attitude
