The Psychologist will provide psychological assessments, counseling, and interventions to support students’ mental health and well-being. This role works closely with teachers, parents, and school leadership to ensure that each student’s emotional, social, and behavioral needs are addressed, creating a safe and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide individual and group counseling sessions for students
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support students’ learning and emotional development
Maintain accurate case notes, reports, and documentation in line with ethical and legal standards
Uphold professional ethics and maintain confidentiality at all times
Developing teaching and learning program
Teaching, assessing and evaluating students based on defined assessment methodology (school standard and educational authority)
Support, motivate and encourage students in all aspects of school activities
Maintaining good relationship with parents, staff and other professionals
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor Degree (S1), major in Guidance Counseling or Psychology from a reputable university
Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is required (Teaching experience will be advantage)
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skill
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)
Available for full-time employement for the academic year 2026-2027
