Key Responsibilities :
Plan, develop, and implement effective teaching and learning programs in accordance with school standards and relevant educational authorities
Deliver engaging Physics lessons and assess student learning using approved assessment methodologies
Monitor, evaluate, and document students’ academic progress and behavior through clear written reports
Support, motivate, and encourage students to achieve their full academic and personal potential
Maintain positive and professional relationships with parents, colleagues, and other education professionals
Contribute actively to a collaborative, supportive, and professional school environment
Qualifications :
This position is a temporary role to cover maternity leave
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Master’s Degree (S2) from a reputable university, with a background in Physics (or closely related field)
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school delivering an international curriculum (IGCSE, AS/A Level, or IB)
High level of English language proficiency, both written and spoken
Demonstrated passion for education and a strong commitment to student learning
Enthusiastic about teaching and working with secondary-level students
Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with parents
Excellent interpersonal skills; able to collaborate well within a team
Self-motivated, proactive, creative, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
Pleasant and professional personality
Computer literate and confident in using educational technology
Willing to be based in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta
Available to join as soon as possible
