Kinderfield Head Office is looking for a professional who are responsible for organizing and managing every aspect of Kinderfield- Highfield Events.


  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university with relevant background.

  • 2 years of experience in an events management environment or event agency.

  • Excellent planning, negotiation ability, and time management.

  • Have good organizational skills.

  • Keen attention to detail.

  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • A good team player with leadership skills, high initiative, creative person, and hard worker.

  • Have a good personal appearance and a pleasant personality.

  • Computer literate.


Job Description:

  • Research and create strategies for school community events. 

  • To find relevant partners for conducting educational events. 

  • Understand the goals and objectives for each event.

  • Manage all event operations (proposal, budget, timeline, etc.) from pre-events until post-events.

  • Evaluate the event's success and submit reports
