Kinderfield School - BSD 2, is currently seeking for a professional to fill in the following position:

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience(s) in a similar role.
  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Administration / Public Relation.
  • Professional – pleasant attitude & appearance.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent skill at both offline & online data/documents processing.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Having a Responsible-to-life attitude.
  • Available to work on Saturday.

Responsibilities:

  • Mastering school’s Vision - Mission - Culture, procedures & services.
  • Greet visitors, students, and parents in a warm and professional manner. (Handle prospective guest(s) from A to Z)
  • Effectively promote the school and its programs to prospective families through direct marketing.
  • Answer phone calls and emails, providing information and directing inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Manage student sign-in and sign-out procedures.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations of the school office.
