Assist the HR team in administrative and operational tasks to support the smooth running of HR functions including recruitment, employee data management, documentation, and other day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities :
a. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support:
Assist in posting job openings on various career platforms and social media (e.g., LinkedIn)
Help source and screen potential candidates based on basic criteria
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates in a timely and professional manner
Help maintain and update the candidate database
b. Administrative Support:
Assist with preparing HR-related documents and presentations
Help maintain digital HR files and archives (e.g., training materials, policy documents)
Support the HR team with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills :
Final-year student or recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
A strong interest in starting a career in Human Resources
Good organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
Good communication skills and a professional demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all HR matters
Proactive, eager to learn, and a collaborative team player
Proficient in both Bahasa and English
