We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Kinderfield Highfield School. As a part of a dynamic educational environment, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing our human resource functions, supporting school operations, and contributing to a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and exit procedures
Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and labor regulations
Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and personnel documentation
Coordinate staff development programs and performance management initiatives
Provide HR support to school leadership and staff across departments
Handle disciplinary matters and conflict resolution professionally
Collaborate with the head office HR team and contribute to strategic planning when required

Qualifications & Skills:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, Psychology or related field (HR certifications a plus)
Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role (experience in an educational setting is a plus)
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate with various departments within the organization
The capacity to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's goals and talent needs
Comfortable with using relevant technology & common recruitment assessment tools
Capable of maintaining professional relationships within a school environment, engaging constructively with faculty, staff, and management
