Responsible to support, maintain, and ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems, hardware, software, and networks within the organization, and to provide technical assistance to all users
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Google Workspace accounts through the Admin Console (account creation, access settings, suspend/delete, and license management)
Ensure network stability and security to support daily operations
Conduct regular stock-taking of IT inventory (laptops, PCs, printers, projectors, and other equipment)
Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
Provide technical support to employees regarding device issues, software problems, network access, and account-related inquiries
Implement basic data security procedures such as backup routines, access control, and cybersecurity awareness
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
Have experience in the same field Min. 1–2 years of experience in IT support or related roles (experience in an educational environment is a plus)
Strong understanding of basic hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
Proactive in identifying and resolving issues before they impact operations
Familiarity with Google Workspace administration is an advantage
Understanding of basic data security (backup procedures, cybersecurity awareness)
