Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Mandarin lessons based on the curriculum, syllabus, lesson plans, and teaching guidelines provided by the Head Office

• Conduct teaching, assessment, and evaluation of students in accordance with the school's established standards and applicable educational requirements

• Adapt teaching strategies and classroom activities to meet students' learning needs and developmental stages

• Encourage students to develop basic Mandarin skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing through engaging and age-appropriate activities

• Prepare and provide written reports on students' academic and behavioral progress based on the school's reporting guidelines

• Support, motivate, and encourage students to participate actively in learning and school activities

• Maintain positive and professional relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and other relevant stakeholders

• Collaborate with colleagues and school management to support effective teaching and learning

• Participate in school activities and other programs as required

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mandarin, Chinese Language Education / Literature or a relevant field from a reputable university

• Previous teaching experience, particularly in a school setting, is preferred

• Experience teaching in an international or bilingual school environment is an advantage

• Good command of Mandarin and English, both written and spoken

• Genuine passion for education and working with young learners

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Creative, enthusiastic, and able to create an engaging classroom environment

• A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and commitment

• Good personal appearance and pleasant personality

• Computer literate and able to use basic educational technology

• Available to join as soon as possible

• Willing to be placed in Bandung, West Java
