The Marketing & Partnerships is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies while building and maintaining strategic partnerships to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Plan & execute integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline)
Manage brand positioning & ensure consistency across all channels
Create & oversee content for digital platforms (social media, website, e-mail, etc)
Identify & establish strategic partnerships with external organizations, brands, and communities
Build & maintain strong relationships with partners
Negotiate collaboration terms, agreements, and sponsorships deals
Develop joint marketing initiatives with partners to expand reach & engagement
Plan & execute events, activations, and partnerships programs
Collaborate with internal teams & external vendors for campaign execution
Monitor campaign performance & optimize strategies accordingly
Manage digital marketing channels (social media, ads, e-mail marketing, etc.)
Track, analyze, and report marketing performance using KPIs & analytics tools
Use insights to improve campaign effectiveness & ROI
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Provide insights & recommendations to improve marketing strategies
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum Education SMA/SMK or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role
Able to work independently and reliably
Strong communication skills
Confident and comfortable speaking to people &/ on camera
Creative, proactive, eager to learn and updated with trends
Basic editing skills (Canva/CapCut)
Familiar with social media platforms and digital trends
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
