We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, intuitive and discreet Personal Assistant to support our company founder. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills. It blends classic executive support with modern flexibility. You'll be a key point of contact, helping the founder stay organized, prepared, and focused.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills (impeccable attention to detail with a calm, can-do attitude)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable managing both personal and business matters seamlessly

  • Tech-fluent (Google Workspace, calendar management tools, etc.)

  • Naturally discreet, trustworthy, and adaptable

  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

  • A professional presence (but you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves)

 

Job Description : 

  • Manage an ever-evolving calendar and coordinate meetings with grace and foresight

  • Run personal and professional errands as required

  • Prioritize communication and act as a trusted liaison on the founder’s behalf (act as a gatekeeper for communication, managing emails, calls, and messages)

  • Prepare documents (presentations, reports, etc. as needed)

  • Organize travel and accommodations

  • Assist with event planning, team coordination, and project tracking (keep the founder organized, informed, and a step ahead)

  • Handle confidential and/or sensitive information with the utmost discretion

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions
