We are seeking a proactive and creative professional to join our team as a School Admission & Marketing Officer. If you’re passionate about education, skilled in building connections, and enjoy creating engaging content, this role could be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

> Admission : 

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and parents.

  • Provide clear and accurate information about school programs, fees, and enrollment procedures.

> Customer Relations : 

  • Build and maintain relationships with parents, students, and community partners.

  • Follow up promptly on inquiries and provide courteous, professional assistance.

> Administrative : 

  • Maintain applicant and prospective student records using internal systems.

  • Prepare and submit monthly applicant reports.

> Marketing & Events

  • Manage and grow the school’s social media presence with creative, engaging content

  • Coordinate school branding efforts including brochures, banners, and other promotional materials

  • Plan and manage school events, open houses, and campus visits

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Management, or related field

  • Experience in marketing or communications (experience in the education sector is an advantage)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Team player with high initiative, creativity, and strong work ethic

  • Professional appearance and pleasant personality

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

  • Tech-savvy, creative, and up-to-date with social media trends

  • Comfortable working in a school environment and engaging with educators, students, and parents

  • Able to multitask, manage time effectively, and take initiative

  • Proficient in Google Workspace

  • Having a Responsible to Life attitude
