School Operation Support Department Officer

Kinderfield Highfield School Indonesia - Head Office is looking for a School Operation Support Department Officer to assist in the smooth and effective running of school operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education Management, or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of exposure in school operations, administration, or support roles

  • Strong understanding of school systems

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and collaborate with various departments

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

  • Having a Responsible-to-Life attitude

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physical checks including checking the completeness of documents, school facilities and infrastructure

  • Ensure compliance with school policies, safety regulations, and operational guidelines

  • Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff to address operational challenges

  • Assist in event organization, student activities, and school-wide initiatives

  • Communicate with external vendors, service providers, and regulatory authorities when necessary
