Key Responsibilities :
Plan, develop, and implement effective teaching and learning programs in line with school standards and relevant educational authorities
Deliver high-quality instruction, assess student learning, and evaluate academic progress using approved assessment methodologies
Prepare and provide clear written reports on students’ academic performance and behavioral development
Support, motivate, and encourage students to reach their full potential in both academic and co-curricular activities
Maintain positive and professional relationships with parents, colleagues, and other education professionals
Actively contribute to a collaborative and supportive school environment
Qualifications :
This position is a temporary role to cover maternity leave
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Master’s Degree (S2) from a reputable university, with a background in Chemistry
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school delivering an international curriculum (IGCSE, AS/A Level, or IB)
High level of English language proficiency, both written and spoken
A genuine passion for education and a strong commitment to student learning and development
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with parents
Strong interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively as part of a team
Self-motivated, proactive, creative, and able to manage responsibilities independently
Pleasant, professional demeanor and positive attitude
Computer literate and confident using educational and administrative technology
Willing to be based in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta
