Schedule a start and end time for your study sessions and breaks. Keep study hours a priority, but be flexible when needed.
Make sure the place has good lighting and makes you feel comfortable.
Stop yourself from using TV, mobile phones, and other electronic gadgets during study time.
You can stretch, grab a snack, or chat with your friends. Don't forget to set a time for returning to study after the break.
